Athletes will be delighted by practicing their jogging or mountain biking on marked trails, by joining the Arcachon basin by the departmental cycle path (54km), by walking on the fitness trail 100m along the banks of the Ciron, by exercising archery in the village, going down the Gorges du Ciron in a kayak.

You will take the GR06 100m from the Gîtes which will allow you to follow the meanders of the Ciron and reach the Villandraut castel by crossing a forest of bamboos as impressive as it is unexpected.
